Day 23: Housemates Have Different Things To Say About Each Other (Detail)

Doyin apologized to Adekunle for using harsh words on him during their level up with show during Aquafina premium water task.

Big brother Naija All Stars did a task called “Aquafina task” popular known as “My Paddi of life”. To play this game,(task), housemates are to write a lovely note to a fellow housemate whom they find interesting or perhaps they offended and wants to make up with.

The highlight of the task was when BBNAllStar Doyin apologized to Adekunle whom she had used harsh words on him during their level up reunion show which was aired earlier before the inception of the current season show.

In her words, “I just expressed bitterly how I felt and I used some really really harsh words and when it was his time to say his own side of the story, and he was dome speaking, for the first time in a very long time. I quickly realized that this man I thought that hurt me maliciously, only did it from a place of hurt himself”.

“I only understood his perceptive because of how well he spoke, so eloquently, with so much calmness and charisma, even though I could feel he was hurt from the harsh words I used. But been a very intellectually sound person, he was still able to articulate his words without any insults, so soundly that I finally understood his point of view.”

“I think this award is befitting to this man because, when he speaks, he speaks so clearly, he hardly ever stutterers and his communication skills are so good that he was able to convince even the most dogged person (that’s me Doyin).

“He finally made me realize that, what I thought his intentions were, were really. I understood that clearly that, it only came from a place of hurt and complete misunderstanding. And because of this, I can say that I’m genuinely sorry for the words I used and from the bottom of my heart just like Aquafina premium drinking water, the award for the clearest Padi male goes to Adekunle”.

SOMA…”She always there to remind me of who I am and show me that there’s so much potentials.She’s amazing and young but takes care of me like a mother ” Soma speaks about Angel as he gives her the award of his “Most nurturing Female Padi of life” to Angel

VENITA…”He got me in his car and drove all the way to Mainland because I was sick and couldn’t get up to eat, sleep or think. I don’t know what he sees in me. Even the misunderstanding I had with my cousin last week, he called me and told me to keep an open mind ” Venita cries as she give her award of the “Most nurturing male Padi of life” to Seyi.

ANGEL…”I think he’s a loyal person, trustworthy, caring, I think he’s a great person to have as your friend or even as a partner. He doesn’t get angry easily and I can trust him with my secrets ” Angel smiles as she gives her award of her “Most trustworthy Padi of life” to Soma.

WHITEMONEY….”She’s really an amazing person that deserves like two awards from me. She’s the most trustworthy person” Whitemoney speaks about Mercy as she gives her the award of the most “Trustworthy Padi of Life”

ILEBAYE….”I thought he wasn’t genuine but moving forward, he’s always coming to check up on me. He’s extremely neat and luxurious. Thank you so much for always having my back. I love when he calls me the Gen Z Baddie and he’s a great friend” – Ilebaye blushes while giving her award of the “Most Premium male Padi of Life'” to Neo.

PERE: “She’s a premium ch!¢k, she always tells you her mind . I calls her in the middle of the night and even when she’s sleeping. She’s a great friend even though we had a misunderstanding and I’m glad we were both able to walk past that” Pere speaks about Cee-C as he gives her his award of “The most Premium Padi of life” during the Aquafina task.

SEYI….”She will never hide her emotions and she says it as it is no matter how angry she is . She’s my paddy both in and outside the house – Seyi speaks about Venita as he gives her his award of “My clearest Padi of life” during the Aquafina task

TOLANIBAJ..”He’s very straightforward and always reminds me of who I am. I’m grateful that you always make me think logically even though I’m childish sometimes. I love you forever even though we crack jokes and f!ght like Tom and Jerry” – Tolanibaj speaks as she gives her Award of “My purest Padi of life” to kiddwaya.

ADEKUNLE…”You’ve been the most transparent housemate so far and you stand your ground no matter what” – Adekunle voices his words of affirmation to Venita .

MERCY… You’re the most loyal and transparent friend both in and outside the house, thank you for always telling me when I’m wrong” – Mercy Eke gives her words of affirmation to her friend, Frodd during the Aquafina task.

“He has always been there for me in terms of motivating and reaching out to me even though I failed to reciprocate, I really hope to be there for him after the show”- Kiddwaya’s words of affirmation to Ike on the “Aquafina task”

ALEX….”In purity he speaks, in purity he loves, He’s a brother to all who needs one even when he’s not appreciated. For him, peace and happiness is the goal. He’s not afraid to be laughed at and he shows and shares only love in this house ” – Alex speaks about Whitemoney as she gives him her award of “My Padi of Life” during the Aquafina task.

KIDDWAYA…”She’s outspoken and I think she’s misunderstood. I have a lot of respect, love and admiration for her” Kiddwaya speaks about Doyin as he gives her the award of the “Most refreshing Padi of life” .

Ceec: “When you think of Neo you think of cleanliness. He is so clean. I use to think it was OCD but then I found out that he was just clean…to the point that you have to iron your boxers before you wear it. That is how careful this man is… That is why I am naturally drawn to you. I use to go close to him just to sniff him because he smells really…good… You are a man on f!re”.
